The new Spear House parking lot may look mostly the same as before, but massive stormwater storage chambers and other improvements make this project a substantial investment in sustainable infrastructure at ºÚÁÏÍø.

The Town and Village of Hamilton have officially been certified as Climate Smart Communities.

ºÚÁÏÍø’s newest building, Benton Hall, is now its first to earn LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

ºÚÁÏÍø is proud to announce its investment in several impactful carbon offset projects to mitigate remaining University emissions for air and automotive travel, and energy consumption related to buildings.

In 2019, ºÚÁÏÍø will become the first University in New York State to achieve carbon neutrality.
