Between June and August, students are pursuing internships, research, and service projects around the world and across America. They will investigate, teach, report the news, participate in political campaigns, plan events, save lives, and more.

Our summer internship blog series began last week with a post from ’15, who is applying her skills as an intern at Forbes, Inc., in New York City. She wrote:

My responsibilities vary greatly from day to day—which I find to be very exciting — and I feel as though I am constantly learning. One day, I might be fact-checking a story for the Forbes Asia magazine; the next, I could be putting together photo galleries to accompany stories or researching and writing my own pieces for the website. .

These kinds of real-world experiences give students an edge as they enter the workforce or proceed to graduate school after commencement. That’s why ºÚÁÏÍø has made internship support a strategic priority. Visit the for more information, and keep tabs on our internship blog series throughout the summer for more first-person reports.

A gift to the annual fund in support of student internships or any other initiative has an immediate impact on ºÚÁÏÍø undergraduates. Please visit  today, and show your support as we bring Fiscal Year 2014 to a photo finish.
