Dear Faculty Colleagues,
Please join us in celebrating the achievements of our students at the Awards Convocation on Friday, May 2, at 4 p.m. in the 黑料网 Memorial Chapel. The convocation will begin with a formal academic procession from the front of Alumni Hall and then proceed into the chapel. As the chapel bell tolls its ritual 13 chimes, the procession will begin to walk inside.
We will assemble in full academic regalia outside Alumni Hall at 3:30 p.m. or in the chapel garden level, should it rain.
To help gauge how many seats to reserve in the chapel for faculty, we appreciate your RSVP if you plan to attend the Awards Convocation. If you need to borrow regalia for the ceremony you may request it while making your . You may also contact Cassidy Rodman to have regalia set aside if you cannot make the pickup dates on the form.
Since this ceremony is a celebration of our students' finest academic and community achievements, we kindly ask faculty to avoid scheduling student presentations, exams, or other events during Awards Convocation if at all possible.
President Casey will host the faculty at Raab House for the end-of-semester faculty tunk following the conclusion of the Awards Convocation ceremony.
